Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Storrington. The primary responsibility of this role is operating a Water Jet Machine, however there may be times you are required to work on other machinery. Candidates must have prior experience with CNC machinery. Experience in machine setup is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ensuring machines run efficiently and meet production targets
• Conducting basic maintenance and troubleshooting as required
• Adhering to health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Collaborating with the production team to optimize workflow

Requirements:

• CNC machinery experience is essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in machine setup is a bonus
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
