We are recruiting Machine Operators required for our client in Tewkesbury, paying £12.14ph, working 40 hours, 5 days between Monday to Saturday, overtime available, ongoing work temp to perm positions available.

About the role
Duties include setting up, cleaning down and operating machinery equipment while maintaining efficiency standards. Maintaining and monitoring productions levels and reacting to any faults. Maintaining excellent levels of health, safety, and hygiene. Packing finished products on the end of the line ready to send to through to distribution.

Requirements
  • Physically fit, happy with being on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Attention to detail & takes pride in their work.
  • You must be hard working and reliable.
  • Be eager to progress and learn different machinery.
  • Flexible towards start/finish times depending on your workload.
  • Happy working in a cold environment.
  • Be happy working Saturday shifts.

Further Information:
  • Pay £12.14ph
  • Rotating shifts Monday to Saturday 5 days' work a week.
  • 06:00-15:00 & 14:00-22:00
  • Clear progression pathway within the company
  • Full training and site induction provided. Opportunities to progress within the company.
  • Weekly or monthly pay each Friday and paid annual leave - PAYE. Access to pension.
