We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Sheerness.

As a Machine Operator, your primary responsibilities will include cutting and assembling, ensuring the seamless operation of machinery, and feeding raw materials into the production line to achieve high-quality final products.

Job Title: Machine Operator - Cutting and Assembling

Location: Sheerness

Shift: Monday to Friday, either 06:00 - 14:00 // 14:30 to 23:30 (must have flexibility to work both)

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour, plus performance and attendance bonus

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Payment Schedule: Weekly

Pension Scheme: Exceptional pension benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient production processes

Feed raw materials into machines and adjust settings as necessary

Conduct quality checks on final products to maintain high standards

Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Shift Schedule:

Monday to Friday: Need to have availability to do both 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:30 to 23:30

Pay and Benefits:

Hourly pay rate of £11.44

Performance and attendance bonuses

Temporary to Permanent contract
