We are seeking a talented Machine Learning leader to elevate the maturity of our ML Solution. As the Machine Learning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the value delivered by our ML engineering team through strategic decision-making and mentorship. Your responsibilities will include guiding architectural decisions, enhancing ML operations, shaping product strategy, and laying a robust foundation for scaling our machine learning capabilities. Additionally, you'll be tasked with effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in machine learning with a focus on NLP
• Demonstrated experience leading Data Science and ML projects from research to operational deployment
• Adept at problem-solving with a customer-centric approach

• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts
