M365 Lead Project Engineer (12 Month FTC)

Your new company

Hays Technology are recruiting a M365 Lead Project Engineer to join a large private sector organisation in the Leeds area. You will be reporting to the Digital Services Manager.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible for the planning and migration actions required to move the organisation from a UK wide tenant to a globally known tenant. You will be providing consultation support of the delivery team across the organisation's portfolio of M365 technical services and estate, whilst supporting all remediation and transitional activities across the suite of M365 applications such as: Exchange Online, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, MS Teams, OneDrive, and additional dependencies across Power Applications and MS D365.

You will be providing 3rd line M365 consultation for the organisation with a key focus on project work packages and deliverables, whilst being responsible for leading on technical readiness and transition in the M365 tenant to ensure the success of project. You will also be playing a key role for the service team support model and will backup the product SME on enhancement through the engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in Microsoft 365 product suite & Microsoft Security, compliance, and identity, including Azure, DLP, Security Centre, Compliance Centre, SharePoint

Experience working on projects, leading design and implementing development

Strong investigative, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

Experience of delivering end-user training and producing/maintaining training documentation

Additional technical experience including PowerShell scripting, Power Platform, Endpoint Management, Intune, is desired
