M&E Facilities Manager (Buildings)

Location: Wiltshire, UK

Salary: £52,000 annually+ excellent company benefits

DK is proud to be working with a national facilities contractor who are looking for a Site Services Manager and lead in order to set technical standards, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence for one of their clients in Wiltshire. This work will be for factory buildings and they are preferably looking for someone with experience in public sector fm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce technical standards aligned with regulations and best practices
  • Guide front-end teams to meet technical standards
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure best practice operational delivery
  • Conduct audits and provide performance reports
  • Implement and maintain compliance programs
  • Provide project quotations to client specifications
  • Manage in-house Quality Management Systems
  • Conduct health and safety/quality audits
  • Coordinate internal audits and compliance processes
  • Identify compliance training needs
  • Oversee staff recruitment and client debt management
  • Review and update internal processes
  • Provide out-of-hours support
  • Manage sub-contractors

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical or electrical background.
  • NEBOSH General Certification.
  • Desired: Professional membership in Health, Safety, Compliance, or FM.

Relevant Experience:

  • 5+ years in H&S/compliance, preferably in public services FM
  • Experience in managing FM delivery and CAFM systems
  • Familiarity with Technical Memorandums
