This client has grown immensely, both organically and by acquisition.  They are targeting new companies and are looking for someone to join them on a fixed term basis to help bring these acquisitions to fruition.
  
This is an exciting role from:
  • Scoping out and evaluating the opportunities
  • Assessing any risks
  • Developing financial models and forecasts to enable sound decision making
  • Reporting to the board with recommendations
  
Throughout the process you will be responsible for documenting the key milestones and ensuring that the projects flow as well as keeping the key stakeholders in Finance, IT, Ops and Commercial up to speed with the latest developments.
  
I am keen to speak with you if you are a Qualified Accountant based Norfolk/Suffolk/Cambridgeshire and can offer experience in corporate finance and/or project management and are able to support the full cycle acquisition process.
  
This role is initially offered on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis
