Executive Talent Solutions are working with an exciting Fine Wine Investment business in West London to recruit an experienced Logistics Manager.

The business is in it's early start-up phase and has created a unique technology solution to enable their ambitious growth plans.

The successful Logistics Manager will be reporting to the CEO and responsible for managing their wine assets across a number of countries and bonded warehouses.

The role will be based in Richmond 3 days pw and the rest WFH. A salary between £35,000 and £45,000 is offered depending on experience. A performance related bonus will be available too.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing a global supply chain strategy taking into consideration technical requirements, quality, risk, import duties and speed to make available for portfolios.
  • Owning all logistic vendor relationships including ongoing negotiation of payment terms and production lead times.
  • Completion of necessary compliance documentation
  • Negotiating fixed-term continuity costing with suppliers.
  • Assist with insurance policy coverage.
  • Owner of inbound and outbound logistics function shipping from suppliers into bonded warehouse and maximising freight consolidation opportunities.
  • Building and implementing a QA and QC logistics audit process.
  • Introducing sustainability considerations at all stages logistics process

Candidates applying should have strong logistics and supply chain experience - ideally from the wine industry.
