Your Mission:
Coordinate equipment shipments and sample collections across 80+ countries.
Prepare meticulous shipping documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to secure permits and licenses for shipments.
Utilize ERP systems to manage data and streamline operations.
Optimize shipment bookings for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Support various aspects of business operations, from supply chain management to customer support.
Monitor packaging and shipping requirements to ensure quality and compliance.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless logistics.
Prepare data and reports for management meetings, contributing to informed decision-making.
Work closely with the Head of Operations to meet delivery and collection KPIs.

You Bring:
In-depth knowledge of import/export processes and customs clearance.
Proven experience in logistics, with a focus on customer-facing roles.

Proficiency in MS Office suite.
