Located in central Suffolk, my client are a national and global leader within their specialist industry.
Your new role
Reporting into the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for providing full administrative and secretarial support to the logistics and supply chain team to ensure maximum profit and efficiency for the business.
This detailed business support will include; high volumes of data entry into the company's bespoke CRM, assist with any checking and filing of information, assist in matching sales and purchasing contracts, assist the logistic coordinator in commodity route planning, filing all necessary paperwork/documentation associated with the department, accurately update and maintain contracts and to assist in developing strong internal and external relationships to aid to the departmental success.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be educated to Sixth Form level (or equivalent) and possess a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and display effective communication skills. In addition, you must hold basic skills across the Microsoft Office suite, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to provide high calibre customer service at all times.
