A Logistics Administrator is required to join a market leading and growing delivery company who provide domestic and international solutions to a high profile client base.

This position will work in the quality assurance team ensuring that service failures are reported, reports are accurate and ensuring that schedules, systems and supplier SLA’s are being adhered to.

Experience in a logistics environment will be advantageous as will great attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to work

- Documentation of all service failures
- Resolution of queries from customer service teams
- Supplier communications
- Schedule and postal system analysis
- Tracking of parcels

- Good experience of MS Excel
