Our client, a global leader within the financial services industry, is currently recruiting for a Loan Administrator to join their team in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that pride themselves on providing a dedicated and trusted service to their clients.

The main focus and duties of the role will be to provide customer service and support in the administration of loan portfolios on behalf of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that mortgage accounts are redeemed correctly, and security and title deeds are released whilst ensuring SLA’s and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Customer service and administrative experience gained from a professional environment
  • An empathetic nature, with strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office packages
  • Effective time management skills
  • A can-do attitude
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
