About the Role

Like the idea of being finished by 2pm? Well, if you are able to work from 06:00am, then an exciting opportunity has arisen to step into the varied and active role as a Refuse Loader.

The role is engaging and rewarding knowing you are making the difference in promoting a cleaner and greener environment for local residents.

What you can expect:

• You'll be joining a friendly ad supportive team, picking up household, business, and other types of waste as well as recycling from different spots.
  * You'll help sort out recycling materials; it's like helping the planet bit by bit!
  * You'll talk to people in a nice and professional way. If they have questions or something's bothering them, you're there to help sort it out.
  * You'll stay safe and keep others safe too. We follow health and safety rules very seriously, and you'll also help our drivers make sure the vehicle is moved safely.

Who we are looking for:

• 
  We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.
• You should be comfortable with lifting and moving things, the role is very active!
• It would be great if you like talking to people and helping to solve problems
• Don't worry if you haven't done this before, as long as you're ready to learn and work as part of a team!

You will work 37 hours per week on a rota basis to cover early mornings, some weekends, and bank holidays. The opportunity to work overtime is available.
