Litigation Solicitor
An expanding Manchester city centre practice is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This award-winning firm works with local, national, and international clients, making it an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of general litigation matters - including debt recovery, property disputes, tenant evictions, landlord and tenant disputes, compulsory purchase orders/blight disputes and HMRC tax disputes
- Providing advice on general litigation disputes to clients.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
- Attending court hearings and managing litigation processes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- NQ - 5 PQE.
- Experience in general litigtion matters, including property litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, debt recovery and HMRC disputes.
- Strong technical knowledge of general litigation law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player who is willing to work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and be proactive.
