Litigation Legal Secretary - Hybrid

I’m delighted to be working with a Top100 firm in Sheffield City Centre, who have been a client of ours for many years and who are currently going through a fantastic period of growth an expansion. As a result, they are keen to add a Litigation Legal Secretary to their team in Sheffield City Centre. Ideally, they would like to recruit a Legal Secretary with experience of working for partners and fee earners in a Litigation department.

Based in modern, well-equipped offices, close to local commuter links and with onsite parking, this role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary with experience in Litigation  department able to commute to Sheffield City Centre.


Duties and responsibilities of the Legal Secretary in Litigation:
  • Audio typing (Big Hand)
  • Typing and drafting correspondence
  • Amending documents
  • Diary Management
  • Managing fee earner expectations
  • Booking meetings
  • Assisting with and drafting bills
  • Arranging and booking travel andaccommodation
  • Opening, maintaining and closing files
  • Archiving files
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Scanning and preparing documentation
  • General administration ie. filing, faxing,photocopying etc
