Litigation Fee Earner

TSR Legal are delighted to be assisting an award-winning law firm who are seeking a General/Property Litigation Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal who can independently manage their own caseload, for their Exeter office. As part of the litigation team, you will handle a variety of general and property litigation matters.

The work comprises a variety of litigation, including property disputes, residential landlord and tenant matters, contract and debt disputes, commercial disputes, and employment matters. The Litigation Department deals with a broad range of civil litigation work and currently comprises six fee earners together with support staff.

There will also be opportunities to become involved in the firm’s marketing and business development plan and attend networking and social events.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of general and property litigation matters.
• Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
• Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and attending court hearings.
• Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Senior Paralegal with expertise in general and property litigation.
• Proven ability to independently manage a caseload and handle matters from inception to resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
• Experience in alternative dispute resolution methods is advantageous.
