Litigation Executive

An established law firm with offices across the North West are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Executive to join their Liverpool office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team with a nationwide reputation for handling all forms of clinical negligence cases, particularly those involving the highest severity injuries caused by medical mistakes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clinical negligence cases at all stages of the case, from initial investigation to trial and settlement.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients on clinical negligence matters.
• Demonstrate strong litigation experience, including preparing and conducting court proceedings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in hearings and trials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-quality legal advice and support throughout the litigation process.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of case developments and advising on the best course of action.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation, case law, and industry best practices related to clinical negligence.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in handling clinical negligence cases are encouraged to apply.
• The firm are open to applications from Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitors/legal executives, as well as those with a few years of experience in the field.
