We are currently recruiting for a Liability Claims Adjuster on behalf of our client, a specialist claims business.
The claims will be varied in both level and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on Lloyd’s / London Market Claims, the successful candidate will adjust their own portfolio of UK Employers' & Public Liability (EL/PL) Claims, including some Product Liability.
- Handling Claims from first advice through to settlement within designated authority.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years’ Liability Claims Handling experience, including experience of handling Public Liability and Employers’ Liability Claims. Field based experience is key.
- Knowledge of Property and Motor Claims is advantageous, although not essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong report writing skills, including high attention to detail.
