Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students across various subjects and age groups. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with the implementation of lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
• Help to manage student behavior and promote positive social interactions.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and patient attitude towards working with students of all abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.
