Our client, specialist in their field and based in Corsham is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.
- To ensure high standards of customer service, productivity and accuracy are achieved at all times
- To update appropriate databases/spreadsheets e.g. the quality database when required
- Maintain/exceed excellent service at all times
- Respond to customer queries and escalate queries and enquiries if required.
- To take responsibility of issues within team/department and resolve effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
- 2 years experience of working in a pressured office environment with accurate data entry and relevant warehousing experience
- Excellent communication skills - written
