Our client, specialist in their field and based in Corsham is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure high standards of customer service, productivity and accuracy are achieved at all times
  • To update appropriate databases/spreadsheets e.g. the quality database when required
  • Maintain/exceed excellent service at all times
  • Respond to customer queries and escalate queries and enquiries if required.
  • To take responsibility of issues within team/department and resolve effectively

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
  • 2 years experience of working in a pressured office environment with accurate data entry and relevant warehousing experience
  • Excellent communication skills - written
