Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the diverse needs of our mixed Year 1/2 class. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
• Providing targeted support and interventions, particularly in phonics and core subjects, to pupils who may be struggling.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create inclusive learning experiences that meet the individual needs of all students.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Teaching Assistant qualification at Level 2 or above.
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to support young learners.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
