Salary £28,000-£30,000 OTE £35,000-£40,000
Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday-Friday
 
We are is seeking an experienced Lettings Valuer to join our Manchester office and be part of our exciting growth journey. If you are ambitious and motivated, this opportunity will allow you to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working with a successful team.
 
Key Highlights:

  • Conduct market appraisals and effectively market properties to let.
  • Ring Database of leads.
  • Deliver exceptional service in line with our core values of integrity and quality.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering the highest service standards.
  • Good knowledge of the area and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexible attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client and colleague expectations.
  • Lettings experience, general sales experience for someone who is looking for next level in their career
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional personal presentation, eloquence, and confident communication abilities.
  • A positive attitude reflecting honesty and integrity, in line with our core values.
