Job Title: Lettings Valuer
Location: Covering Birmingham & Shirley
Basic £25,000 (negotiable)
OTE: £35,000 (uncapped)
Required: 1 year's experience

We are seeking a motivated and target driven person to join our team as an Estate Agent. This is an opportunity to work for a leading West Midlands Estate Agent offering award winning services to our clients. This role would be ideal for someone looking for a fast-paced and challenging career in property at a growing company, with many great opportunities to progress.

Requirements

  • Excellent time keeping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Full driving license and access to your own car
  • Proficient with technology

Responsibilities

  • Looking after a manageable portfolio of buyers and sellers
  • Conducting viewings at client’s homes
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents to complete the transaction as quickly as possible
  • Negotiations
  • Introducing properties to clients that suit their requirements
  • Update and maintain the company’s CRM system
  • Keeping clients updated with developments
