As a Lettings Consultant you will be working closely with the Head of Lettings to create and deliver the sales strategy for your department. You will play a fundamental role in developing future growth and providing vision, direction and leadership through your actions.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by way of market appraisals, whilst managing your individual sales performance against the departments targeted key performance indicators.

You will be required to build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords with an emphasis on client care and agreed lets through consultation. Aston Rowe has built a business through referrals and recommendations, so it is paramount that the client would want to do business with us again in the future, so you are our brand ambassador. These relationships are built on trust, transparency and absolute integrity.
