Lettings Negotiator

Our client a well established, award winning independent Estate Agency based in Uxbridge are looking for an ambitious candidate for their busy high street office. Dealing in Sales, Lettings and Property Management, they are the leading sales and lettings agent in Uxbridge and the surrounding area. Their experienced team has an ongoing commitment to delivering the finest range of estate agency and property services in an efficient and effective manner with the customers best interest at heart.

The ideal candidate will preferably have some property industry experience, or could be someone looking for their first role in the property industry but with a customer service/sales background. Local area knowledge would be ideal.

You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines.

You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator role include:

• Basic £18,000
• OTE £25,000 to £28,000
• Monday to Friday every other Saturday with a day back in the week

Skills and experience needed for the role of Lettings Negotiator will include:

• Lettings experience preferred but customer service / sales experience considered
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
• Target driven
• Self motivation with a 'can do' attitude
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Must hold full UK driving licence and own your own car

The role of the Lettings Negotiator includes:

• Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
• Registering applicants
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants
