If you find it hard to come second, you will most likely make a great sales person.

You won’t be held you back, from day one you will have an uncapped commission structure and our incentive program could see you skiing in Meribel or jetting off to the Med.

You won’t need any previous experience in property as we’ll teach you everything you need to know, however confidence to strike up a conversation with a stranger will already come naturally. If you’re someone that finds it hard to sit still, don’t worry you will be out and about most of the time. No day will be the same.

You are curious and even possibly a little bit nosey, so sitting in a traffic jam will excite you as it’s a chance to find out more about your clients. It’s their needs that come first. To you, an incredible customer experience means you actually do give a monkeys and won’t think twice about picking up the phone to a nervous client at the weekend.

Commitment and tenacity will be vital as you manage the entire lettings process and when it comes to closing the deal you will stay cool, calm and collected under any pressure.

Take it from someone who knows. Our Lettings Director Graeme Young joined the business in 2007 as a Negotiator, in 2018 he now oversees our entire Lettings Department.
