Lettings Negotiator - Oxford - Salary Negotiable dependent on experience

My client is a leading independent Estate Agent and Lettings Agent with multiple branches. Due to growth within their Lettings department they are looking for an energetic, motivated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join this fun and friendly team.

Purpose of Role:

·Registering applicants and arranging appointments
·Taking landlord enquiries and booking market appraisals
·Carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
·Giving viewing feedback to landlords
·Accepting and negotiating offers with applicants and landlords
·Advising clients on marketing strategies
·Tenancy administration from offer agreed to move in, including drawing up tenancy agreements and invoices.
·Preparing and sending of Section 21 notices
·Work closely with property management and other departments to provide efficient service
·New business generation.

Essential Skills for the Lettings Negotiator role:

·Able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success
·A dynamic, fun individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
·Someone who can build relationships with our clients whilst also exploring new opportunities
·At least a year's Residential Lettings Experience
·Well Presented and Well Spoken
·Excellent communication skills
·Accurate, numerate and computer literate - fantastic administrative skills
·A team player with excellent organisational skills
·Full UK driving license and car for which mileage will be paid
·Exceptional customer service skills
