Our Clients, a well-established independent Estate Agency, are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their small and professional lettings team in Chesham.

The client deals with both sales and lettings. This is a great career opportunity for someone who wants to rise through the ranks to senior level. The successful candidate will be bright and enthusiastic in character, ambitious and able to hit the ground running upon joining the friendly and buzzy team.

Responsibilities:

  • Registering applicants
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Calling leads to generate market apraisials
  • Canvassing for potential new business.
  • Negotiating lets
  • Generating new business
  • Respond to enquiries on the phone, via email and in the office
  • Working as part of a team to maintain exceptional levels of customer service to both our new and long-standing clients

Requirements:

  • At least one years Lettings experience
  • Positive and polite manner
  • Good level of verbal and written English
  • Career-minded
  • Full UK Driving License

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm

Salary/Package: £16,000 - £17,000 basic salary, OTE £20,000
