Lettings Manager - Nottingham
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a leading multi-office Independent agent based out of their Nottingham office. We're seeking a Lettings Manager to drive growth, manage operations, and recruit and lead a team! This role will require someone who is not afraid to grow a relatively new department to success, currently with 40 managed properties, they are looking for a Lettings Manager to lead from the front and grow the business.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the lettings portfolio organically as well as assisting in potential portfolio acquisitions.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team as the department expands.
- Manage day-to-day lettings operations, including marketing, tenant sourcing, negotiations, and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and personalized service.
- Setup clear processes for the team to following, adhearing to all legislation
- Communicating with the sales department, discussing leads and potential business opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in lettings management, business development, and team leadership within the property industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local property market and regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Motivated self-starter with ability to prioritize and adapt to change.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle for business travel.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.
- On-target earnings (OTE): £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
