Lettings Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic Lettings Manager for their busy head office in Eastcote. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Lettings, either as an Assistant Lettings Manager looking for the next step up the career ladder, or an experienced Lettings Manager looking for a new challenge with a forward thinking company that can offer a competitive commission structure and great career development. You must have a strong track record in managing a team as you will be looking after a team of two, setting targets and helping with training and development. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail should come as second nature to you.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary and benefits of the Lettings Manager role will include:

• Basic £25,000 to £30,000
• OTE £60,000

• Previous experience in a managerial lettings role

• Generating new business
• To seek out new business opportunities
• Provide valuable feedback to clients
• Supporting the team as required with training and development
