Our client is looking for a dynamic Lettings Manager for their busy head office in Eastcote. The company are an award winning, family run, well known brand offering an unrivalled service to their customers. The main focus of this very well respected Estate Agent is the first class service they offer, utilising the latest technology to market each property.

Are you the high calibre person they are looking for to fill this Lettings Manager role? Are you passionate, experienced and motivated to lead a team to success? They are looking for a well presented leader with the desire to grow and continuously develop in the company, as well as having the commitment to provide their clients the exceptional level of customer service the company believe in.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Lettings, either as an Assistant Lettings Manager looking for the next step up the career ladder, or an experienced Lettings Manager looking for a new challenge with a forward thinking company that can offer a competitive commission structure and great career development. You must have a strong track record in managing a team as you will be looking after a team of two, setting targets and helping with training and development. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail should come as second nature to you.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary and benefits of the Lettings Manager role will include:

  • Basic £25,000 to £30,000
  • OTE £60,000

Skills and Experience needed for the role of Lettings Manager include:

  • Previous experience in a managerial lettings role
  • The ability to manage inspire and train a team to help achieve the office targets
  • Commitment to deliver excellent customer service
  • Effective and efficient time management skills
  • Passionate about helping others and delivering solutions
  • Confident communicator, listener and leader
  • Ambitious and target driven

Responsibilities needed for the role of Lettings Manager include:

  • Generating new business
  • To seek out new business opportunities
  • Provide valuable feedback to clients
  • Supporting the team as required with training and development
  • Canvassing for business generation
