Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective tenants both in-person and through various channels such as phone and online to address letting inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Conduct viewings across our three blocks, showcasing the unique features and amenities of each unit to potential tenants.
  • Provide expert guidance to tenants, recommending the most suitable developments that align with their needs and preferences.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently, including tenant referencing and issuance of tenancies, ensuring seamless processes for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate effectively with the CRM team, offering support and expertise whenever necessary to enhance overall customer experience.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record in customer service, with proficiency in face-to-face and telephone interactions.

Confidence in communicating with clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to delivering excellence in all tasks.
