EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, a well-established estate agency with offices covering prime areas of Central and South West London to recruit a Lettings Co-ordinator for their thriving office based in Battersea. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a company where you can progress and achieve more. Working within a company really focused on the level of service and knowledge they provide will be a step up from the usual hum drum of other estate agency administration roles. The role:
Working closely with and supporting the Lettings team
Producing all administration work associated with lettings including ASTs
Chasing references for new lets, EPCs and Gas safety certificates
Producing all marketing and advertising materials
keeping the websites up to date with available properties and amendments
Dealing with lettings renewals
Producing invoices and updating spreadsheets
Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email
Assisting with general property management enquiries and issues
Diary management, ensuring the smooth running of the office

The requirements:
A minimum of 12 months experience within a lettings administration role
Thorough understanding of the lettings process and regulations
Experience in dealing with lettings renewals
IT proficient: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have excellent standard of verbal and written English
Ability to prioritise workload and work in a busy environment

The benefits:
£23-27K per annum
