Dove and Hawk are working with a multi office independent who are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the sales and lettings departments in their Hayes office. They are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team and lead this established office.
They are looking for a Negotiator to take a step up into management.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Oversee the day to day running of the office
· Generate new business
· Registering and managing applicants
· Carry out viewings
· Negotiate offers with buyers, vendors, landlords & tenants
· Sales & lettings progression
· Managing advertisements through the property CRM
· Leadership skills
· Excellent communications skills
· Smart and business-like
· Knowledgeable about the industry
· Able to work under pressure
· Professional and Positive attitude
· Good negotiation skills
