Lettings Admin or Negotiator to train as an Inventory Clerk

Billericay, Chelmsford & Upminster really need some help. The successful candidates should have previous experience of Residential Lettings, Property Management or Inventories.

Alternatively consideration can be given to confident and professional individuals who have worked face to face with customers in another industry who also retain very strong admin skills.

Either way strong characters need only apply as you will be dealing with the occasional sticky disputes between landlords and tenants. Where this happens you would be responsible for trying to negotiate a mutually acceptable and a mutually agreed settlement.

The role will involve preparing detailed Inventories (condition reports), conducting routine visits to rental properties and 'check out’ inspections upon expiry of a tenancy.

Working hours primarily Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Occasional Saturdays, and where worked a day off in lieu will be taken during the week. You will need to be a car owner driver a quick worker used to a very busy daily workload.
