Lettings Accounts Administrator/ Property Manager Duties:

• Processing invoices and payments.
• Bank reconciliation. 
• Receipting rent payments.
• Chasing debtors.
• Processing and arranging deposit returns.
• General Property Management duties

Lettings Accounts Administrator/ Property Manager Experience needed

• Experience in a similar lettings or property management role
• Accounts experience
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Team player & articulate
• Quick thinker & customer focussed
