A fantastic, Walsall based law firm are looking for a passionate individual for an administrative opportunity within their Childcare department. This role will require you to work as part of a well-established team to support in all administrative and case handling areas. Working within their Childcare department, you will ideally possess existing legal administrative experience within this area as well experience working with legal aidas well as an interest in carrying out the following tasks:

  • Document management including issuing requests, maintenance of records all on behalf of fee earners and clients

  • Audio typing and producing of legal documents

  • Expert database management including logging on documentation and updates

  • Financial administration, purchase orders, billing

  • Document administrative including filing, scanning, photocopying, letter production and correspondence with clients

  • General reporting in line with the needs of the fee earners

  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks

You must possess a fantastic can-do attitude and desire to offer a first class support service to the team. Prior experience within Childcare, legal aid applications and general support is essential for this role. This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday.
