A family feel, close-knit, award winning law firm based close to Birmingham Airport are seeking a professional, proactive individual for a Legal Secretary role, on a part time basis. If you have solid Legal secretary experience and are comfortable building relationships with both clients and staff, then this may be the role for you! This role is part time (22 hours per week) and you will be in office Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with a pro rata salary of £24,000.

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will work collaboratively with other secretarial support to provide an effective service to fee earners and clients. Your duties could include but are not limited to tasks such as file Management, document production, audio typing, opening and closing of files and handling telephone enquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess solid Legal secretarial experience, have excellent IT skills and proven experience using legal computerised financial systems. You will be a confident, organised individual with first class organisation skills. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
