Description

  • Provide administrative support to solicitors.
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage client files and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Handle client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage solicitors' schedules.
  • Ensure accurate billing of legal services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations and procedures.

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
