The Firm
A Top 80, award-winning law firm are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their office in the West End.

The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will provide support to a number of Senior Associates, Associates and Trainees centrally within the Property Litigation team. Duties to include:

  • Taking ownership of, and managing, the workflow from the team
  • Monitoring and overseeing inboxes on the team's behalf
  • Managing calendars, setting up all meetings and related logistics
  • Preparing, editing and proofreading all work
  • Responding to tasks promptly and managing deadlines
  • Managing telephone calls and taking accurate messages
  • Managing/coordinating billing and compliance processes
  • Ensuring expense claims are submitted in a timely manner

This Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Legal Secretary role within a law firm is essential
  • Experience working within a busy Property Litigation team
