Recruitment Consultant

Remote opportunity

Salary to £30k basic

Fully remote role, can work from anywhere

No threshold on commission

Must have a background in Legal Recruitment though other professional services sectors considered providing you have over 3 years recruitment experience.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Recruitment Consultant in hte Legal Sector.

My client: My client has built their reputation over a number of years and are well respected.

Your role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be experienced within the Legal Sector. Having a minimum of 3 years experience.

You will have some roles to work on from their perm clients, they are on major PSL's and the diectors have roles they can give you to work on from day 1 although this will still be a 360 role rather than Account Management.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Capable of building great rapport both internally and externally.

• Have a positive attitude and a growth mindset, as a team will be built around you with progression. • Naturally inquisitive with the passion to succeed and overcome obstacles.

• Confident, self-starter with a positive attitude. • Implement strategies to develop and expand my clients brand and recruitment services.
