Heat Recruitment- part of the Smart Solutions Group- is looking for a Recruiter to join their Legal division on a hybrid basis. With a focus on adding value to our existing client base, you will be covering locations in the Southwest region and supporting their growth goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Enthusiasm to ensure the success and growth of our legal recruitment business within the Southwest region.
  • Previous recruitment experience within the legal sector
  • Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Legal professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Someone keen to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Legal sector.
  • Willingness to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis through continuous market research.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and reach within the legal specialist market.
