Continued growth across all business channels has created an opportunity for a qualified PRINCE 2, APMP or Lawyer to undertake a Legal Project Manager role supporting the AsiaPac region. With significant legal project management experience gained within the Legal, Professional Services or Management Consultancy sector, your brief includes:
•Ownership of a portfolio of projects delivering management of large, complex operational business matter management & business efficiency programmes
•Ensuring core material, documentation & business intelligence controls are managed effectively including engagement terms, working resources, business plans & WIP analysis are in place for projects/client work
•Utilising plan & resource models to determine pricing & budgets including commercial deals & client profitability
•Lead projects & assist commercial operations management/lines of business with budget creation, WIP - work-in-progress & debt monitoring processes highlighting risks & opportunity around profitability, recovery & payment
•Driving structured communication & reporting channels
•Sharing best practice, highlighting risks & opportunities & driving new tools, innovations & methodologies
•Assisting with decision making on the information format for client - customer sharing
•Involvement in continuous improvement and efficiency strategy
As a qualified PRINCE 2, APMP or Lawyer, you will demonstrate a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience within the Legal, Professional Services or Management Consultancy sector, alongside strong MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint skills. The gravitas to manage and influence key stakeholders, outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to manage several concurrent project lifecycles is prerequisite. A professional and proactive approach alongside attention to detail and the confidence to deal with complex situations is essential.
