An extremely modern and progressive law firm are seeking an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to join their slick and outstanding offices in Birmingham City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join an amazing firm which provides excellent services internationally and values their employees hard work. This role is offering up to 35k with a hybrid work pattern!

Working with the Commercial team, the role would be providing first class PA support to allocated partners, solicitors and legal advisors. This role requires the candidate to be proactive and forward thinking,

The main responsibilities are as follows:

- Diary management

- Organisation of files

- Preparing bundles

- Conducting billing such as issuing invoices and client queries

- Preparation of draft emails and correspondence

- Assisting with production and amending of documentation

- Producing weekly performance reports for the team

- Filling of incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Preparation of expense claims

- Liaising with clients over the phone and at times in person

- Event organisation for both client and team events

The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience ideally within an legal commercial practice area and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications.

The candidate will be helpful and friendly, have excellent organisational and communication skills, be proactive and be self-motivated.
