This legal firm is seeking 2 legal PAs to join their teams. They are a top-rated firm with a lot of opportunities for development. Hybrid working is available.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administration and PA support to partners and fee earners within the firm. Duties will include diary management, travel, accommodation, reviewing documents, digital dictation, handling files, dealing with paper bundles, meeting and greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms and more.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to come from a legal background for this role and ideally in litigation, or you have used the Proclaim system. Your previous experience within a PA/senior administration role will help you succeed in this role. You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail along with great communication skills. You're proactive, organised, switched on and bright.
