A renowned and impressive Birmingham- based law firm are seeking an experienced Legal PA for a fantastic opportunity within one of their award-winning teams on a full time, permanent basis (hybrid). This exceptional client focussed firm are looking for an individual to carry out the following duties (amongst others):

  • Provide full PA secretarial support to Partners and Legal Advisors

  • Highly accurate and professional typing of correspondence, documents, reports and file notes

  • Open and closing of client files

  • Compiling, sending and chasing bills where necessary

  • Professional liaison with clients with an excellent telephone manner

  • Elements of efficient diary management, meetings and travel arrangements

  • Dealing with telephone calls, taking queries, and escalating where necessary

The varied nature of this role will require an individual with extensive experience within the areas listed above within the property team of a law firm. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • Solid Legal PA experience is essential within a medium to large sized firm

  • Exceptional level of keyboard skills with typing speeds of 60wpm with a high attention to detail

  • Strong working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as Outlook and digital dictation

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to thrive within a team environment and a desire to offer a first class service to clients both internally and externally
