Remote, permanent position offering up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience, working between the hours of 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

An exciting opportunity to work for a globally-recognised law firm as a Document Production Specialist has just become available! Based remotely, the successful applicant will be working within the Document Production Team to provide an outstanding service to the firm’s fee earners in a highly accurate and professional manner.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Producing and amending high volumes of documents including presentations, pitches and posters in an efficient and timely manner, in line with the firm’s procedures and systems
  • Document production and manipulation, and transcription using digital dictation
  • Reformatting and producing documents within the required timescales; raising any queries with the fee earners to ensure the high accuracy of the documents
  • Quality checking and proof reading documents, liaising with both clients and colleagues to ensure all are produced to a highly professional and accurate standard

Prospective applicants must have previous experience within a Document Production Specialist role for a similar professional services firm. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be proactive and flexible, and excel working collaboratively and as part of a team.
