Legal Counsel

We seek a proficient lawyer to bolster our client's legal team. As a Legal Counsel, you will provide pivotal legal counsel and data protection advice, contributing to the organisation's commercial success. You will be entrusted with structuring, drafting, and negotiating contracts governing our relationships while supporting various business functions.

• Collaboratively structure, draft, and negotiate contracts encompassing various agreements.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements with global accounts, distributors, partners, and suppliers.
• Assist the product development team in drafting product agreements and addendums for new solutions.
• Provide legal guidance on antitrust, regulatory, intellectual property, litigation, data privacy, and corporate governance matters.
• Efficiently manage outside counsel spending.

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
• Proficiency in commercial legal practices, contract drafting/negotiation, and data protection/privacy regulations.
• Experience with SaaS agreements and corporate governance matters is advantageous.
• Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and decision-making aligned with organizational objectives.
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills can influence stakeholders at all levels.
