Our client are seeking a dedicated Legal Cashier who is detail-oriented and experienced in accounting within the Legal industry. The right candidate will play a key role in maintaining our client's accounting practices and keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Checking payments and receipts
- Allocating transactions
- Processing invoices and disbursements
- Preparing payment runs
- Query resolutions
- Processing expenses
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Profile
The successful Legal Cashier should have:
- A proven track record within a Legal Cashier role (essential)
- Good knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Adequate knowledge of accounting software.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
- 26 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with long service).
