Legal Billing Assistant
Manchester City Centre
A Legal Billing Assistant is required to join a leading Law Firm in their Manchester City Centre office. The role will be working in a small established finance team
The Billing Assistant role will be busy and demanding, typically this will include:
- Preparing and drafting bills (Elite system)
- Raising credit notes
- Submitting e-bills
- Finance administration
- Provide advice on billing queries and procedures
- Raising billing schedules
- Working to SLA's
- Any other duties as required
Previous legal billing experience is essential for the role, you should be confident in the processes involved and be able to problem solve and become a proactive member of the team. You should be an up to date knowledge of VAT regulations and Solicitors Accounts Rules. Excellent IT and system skills are essential.
The role is working full time in the centre of Manchester. Salary negotiable.
